Phu Quoc Summer Latin Festival 2026

The Phu Quoc Summer Latin Festival (PSLF) takes place from 29 October to 2 November 2026 at Seashells Hotel & Spa on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. The festival features parties, workshops, master classes, and bootcamp performances in salsa, mambo, and Afro Cuban timba. Early-bird tickets are available from March 2026 with prices increasing closer to the event date.

The festival is hosted at the beautiful Seashells Hotel & Spa, located on the tropical paradise of Phu Quoc Island in southern Vietnam. Phu Quoc is accessible by direct flights from many major cities in Vietnam and several international destinations, as well as by ferry from the mainland.

Attendee Notices

• Check-in: Please arrive early on your first event day to complete registration and collect your wristband or pass.
• ID & ticket: Bring a valid photo ID and your ticket confirmation (printed or digital) to all entry points.
• Dress code: Smart-casual or Latin dance attire is encouraged for parties; comfortable practice wear for workshops and bootcamps.
• Dance shoes: Latin dance shoes are strongly recommended for the dance floors. Outdoor beach party areas may require flat or sandal-style footwear.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Template — Subject to Organizer Confirmation)

The following is a general refund policy template. The organizer may adjust these terms. Please refer to the final policy communicated by PSLF before purchasing.

• 30 or more days before the event: Full refund minus any applicable processing fees.
• 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.
• 7–14 days before the event: 25% refund of the ticket price.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund available.
• Ticket transfers: Tickets may be transferable to another person — please contact the organizer to confirm transfer eligibility and process.
• Event cancellation by organizer: In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
